Yes. Stays are flexible, with a minimum of 1 night.

If a deposit is needed, we'll explain the amount, how to pay, refund conditions and anything else to note before the booking is confirmed.
Yes. Both room types have Wi-Fi, air conditioning and basic furniture, including a bed, sofa, table and TV.
The building also has a backup generator that can supply power during some outages, reducing the impact on daily life.
What the backup supply covers depends on building management rules; air conditioning, appliances and internet in the room are not guaranteed to keep working during an outage.

IT Park is one of Cebu's main business and residential areas, with malls, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and plenty of everyday amenities.
The nearby Ayala Malls Central Bloc covers shopping, dining and daily errands, handy for both short trips and longer stays.

On arrival day, our host meets you in the building lobby and gives you the door code and Wi-Fi details so check-in goes smoothly.
If you'd like to check in early or will arrive late, let us know in advance and we'll confirm based on that day's availability and staffing.

Before you leave, check your belongings again and make sure your passport, wallet, devices and other items are packed.
Late check-out may be possible; ask in advance. It depends on availability and the building's rules.

The nearby Ayala Malls Central Bloc has a multi-storey car park, convenient if you drive or rent a car.
