ABOUT CIEC
CIEC is in Talamban, north of Cebu City. The area is mainly residential and educational, close to several international and private schools, and quieter than central Cebu.
Unlike language schools focused on adult ESL, CIEC centers on young children and teenagers. From first steps in English, general academic English, intensive Sparta, and IELTS/TOEFL to international school admission prep and the Philippine K–12 formal program, everything can be planned around your child's age, grade, and study-abroad goals.
Classrooms, dormitories, dining hall, pool and living spaces are all on campus. With a structured management system and an English-speaking environment, children keep hearing and using English even outside class.

WHY CIEC
Rather than simply adapting adult ESL, courses are arranged by age, grade and learning stage, covering kindergarten, academic, intensive and exam content.
Depending on the course, about 2–6 one-on-one lessons a day strengthen weak areas in speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, or academic subjects.
The campus follows an English Only Policy, encouraging students to keep using English both in class and in daily life.
Offers international school admission prep, local school attendance and the CIDEC K–12 formal programme, going well beyond short-term ESL.
The campus is in Talamban's educational and residential area, with campus security and CCTV in common areas.
Children join kindergarten or teen courses by age, while accompanying parents can choose everyday English, business English or IELTS.
